Tallowlove is a small, family-run company founded by Simon and Lisa based in Christchurch, New Zealand. We render our own tallow from grass-fed NZ beef, and blend it with high-quality ingredients sourced from NZ suppliers we trust, using organic wherever possible. Everything is made by hand, in small batches, from our home.

Standard shipping costs $10 NZD for orders under $75 NZD. Shipping is free on orders $75 NZD and over.

We ship nationwide within New Zealand using trusted courier partners.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Urban and metro deliveries typically arrive the next business day after dispatch. For rural addresses, please allow 3–5 business days for delivery. Full tracking is included with every order.

We’re sorry if your order arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described. Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery so we can help resolve the issue. To help us assess the problem quickly, please include your name, order number, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue. Photos are helpful where available, but we understand they may not always be possible. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, or refund, in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under that Act.

We use only natural ingredients, so texture, colour, and firmness may vary slightly between batches.
