Return policy
We’re sorry if your order arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described. Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
To help us assess the problem quickly, please include your name, order number, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue. Photos are helpful where available, but we understand they may not always be possible.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, or refund, in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under that Act.
Manufacturing
Tallowlove is a small, family-run company based in Christchurch, New Zealand. We render our own tallow from grass-fed NZ beef, and blend it with high-quality ingredients sourced from NZ suppliers we trust, using organic wherever possible. Everything is made by hand, in small batches, from our home.
Care and storage
A note on naturals: We use only natural ingredients, so texture, colour, and firmness may vary slightly between batches. Store below 25°C and away from direct sunlight to keep your product at its best.
